Yummy No Fuss Fruit Pie #98

    This tender fruit pie is very easy to cook. There is no need to use mixer to make it airy and fluffy. Feel free to use any fruit you like while cooking this dessert.

    Ingredients
    • 2 pcs. Eggs
    • 180 g. Sugar
    • 60 60 ml. Sunflower oil
    • 150 g. Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
    • 240 g. Flour
    • 10 g. Baking powder
    • Vanillin

    Ingredients
    • 2 pcs. Eggs
    • 180 g. Sugar
    • 60 60 ml. Sunflower oil
    • 150 g. Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
    • 240 g. Flour
    • 10 g. Baking powder
    • Vanillin
    Instructions
    1. Mix flour with baking powder.
    2. Cut peach into slices.
    3. Whisk eggs with sugar and vanillin.
    4. Pour in vegetable oil. Add Greek yoghurt and mix everything one more time.
    5. Add dry ingredients to the bowl with the batter.
    6. Stir in the slices of fruit. Mix everything carefully.
    7. Pour batter into prepared cake pans. Bake your dessert for 40-45 minutes at 356 F.
    8. Remove baking pan from the oven and let it cool down completely. Dust the pie with powdered sugar and serve it immediately.
