    • 260 g. Greek yogurt
    • 30 g. Corn starch
    • 3 g. Baking powder
    • Vanillin
    • Lime zest

    Instructions
    1. Combine 3 egg yolks and sugar in a medium bowl. Whisk them until foamy.
    2. Add Greek yoghurt, lime zest and vanillin. Whisk everything again.
    3. Add cornstarch and baking powder. Mix everything with hand whisk until well-combined.
    4. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
    5. Fold egg mass into the batter. Mix everything with a spatula.
    6. Pour it into baking tin. Cook for 30 minutes at 170 ° C.
    7. Dust it with powdered sugar and decorate with currants.
    8. Cut your pie into pieces and serve immediately. Have a good meal!
