This flourless yoghurt pie is very light and airy. It can be served with any berries you like.

Instructions
Combine 3 egg yolks and sugar in a medium bowl. Whisk them until foamy.
Add Greek yoghurt, lime zest and vanillin. Whisk everything again.
Add cornstarch and baking powder. Mix everything with hand whisk until well-combined.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Fold egg mass into the batter.
Mix everything with a spatula.
Pour it into baking tin. Cook for 30 minutes at 170 ° C.
Dust it with powdered sugar and decorate with currants.
Cut your pie into pieces and serve immediately. Have a good meal!
