    • 100 g. Butter (soft)
    • 1 pcs. Eggs
    • 80 g. Sugar
    • 3 g. Baking powder
    • Vanillin
    • Salt

    • 1 pcs. Egg
    • 30 g. Sugar
    • 30 g. Sesame

    • 3 g. Baking powder

    • 1 pcs. Egg
    • 30 g. Sugar
    • 30 g. Sesame
    Instructions
    1. Mix soft butter with sugar and salt in the deep bowl.
    2. Add eggs, vanillin, flour and baking powder. Knead the dough carefully.
    3. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
    4. Roll each one and cover with cling film. Transfer it to the fridge for 15 minutes.
    5. In the meantime, make cookie topping. Mix sugar with sesame seeds in the plate.
    6. Take the dough out of the fridge and grease it with whipped egg white.
    7. Roll it in sugar and sesame seeds.
    8. Cut this roll into small pieces. Each one should be equal to 0.7 inch.
    9. Cover baking tin with the parchment and arrange all the cookies on it. Bake them for 15 minutes at 356 F.
