SALAD with marinated Beef and Sesame! # 6

    Ingredients
    • 250 g. Beef
    • 1/2 pcs. Yellow Bell pepper
    • 1 pcs. Cucumber
    • 30 g. Olive oil
    • 10 g. Sesame seeds
    • Parsley
    • Soy sauce (to taste)
    • 1 clove Garlic
    • Salad leaves

    • 250 g. Beef
    • 1/2 pcs. Yellow Bell pepper
    • 1 pcs. Cucumber
    • 30 g. Olive oil
    • 10 g. Sesame seeds
    • Parsley
    • Soy sauce (to taste)

    • Salad leaves
    Instructions
    1. Boil beef and leave it to cool down. Cut it into strips.
    2. Marinate it in the bowl with the soy sauce.
    3. Cut bell pepper into thin strips. Add it to the large bowl.
    4. Cut cucumber into strips.
    5. Make salad dressing. Pour olive oil into the bowl, add mashed garlic and mix everything well.
    6. Fry sesame seeds until light-golden.
    7. Add marinated beef and chopped parsley to the bowl with sliced veggies.
    8. Top it with salad dressing and sesame seeds.
    9. Cover the plate with lettuce. Top it with your salad. You`re done!
