Quick Cottage Cheese Cookies #101

    • 220 g. Cottage cheese
    • 90 g. Butter
    • 150 g. Flour
    • 4 g. Baking powder
    • 4 tablespoons Sugar
    • Vanillin

    • 220 g. Cottage cheese
    • 90 g. Butter
    • 150 g. Flour
    • 4 g. Baking powder
    • 4 tablespoons Sugar

    Instructions
    1. Mix cottage cheese with soft butter.
    2. Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl. Knead the dough.
    3. Divide it into 3 parts.
    4. Roll the 1st part of the dough and dust it with 1 tbsp of sugar.
    5. Roll another part of the dough and arrange it on the top of the 1st layer. Sprinkle it with sugar.
    6. Do the same thing with the rest of ingredients.
    7. Cut cookies into diamond shapes.
    8. Arrange them on the tray, covered with the parchment and cook them for 15 minutes at 365 F.
    9. Have a good meal!
