Ingredients
Dough
- 2 pcs. Eggs
- 120 g. Sugar
- 100 g. Condensed milk
- 75 g. Sour cream
- 130 g. Flour
- 2 tbsp. Cocoa
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
Cream
- 200 g. Butter
- 100 g. Condensed milk
- 1 tbsp. Cocoa

- 100 ml. Water
- 50 g. Sugar
Icing
- 50 g. Butter
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 3 tbsp. Sour cream
- 2 tbsp. Cocoa

Instructions
For the dough
- Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder.
- Whisk 2 eggs with sugar until the mass is smooth and airy.
- Add sour cream and condensed milk. Mix.
- Sift dry ingredients into the bowl. Whisk all the ingredients one more time.
- Pour the dough into your cake tin. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
- Take sponge cake out of the oven and leave it to cool down. Cut sponge cake in 3 layers.
For the syrup and cream
- Mix sugar with water until it dissolves.
- Whisk butter in the deep bowl. Add condensed milk and cocoa powder. Mix all the ingredients, using electric whisk.
- Transfer the first layer of the cake to the plate. Sprinkle the cake with syrup and cover it with cream. Add another layer and do the same thing with it.
- Top it with the last layer of the cake and cover its sides with the leftovers of the cream.
For the icing
- Mix butter with sugar, sour cream and cocoa powder. Cook this mixture over low heat. Mix it constantly until the icing is smooth enough.
- Cover your cake with this chocolate icing.
