    Dough
    • 2 pcs. Eggs
    • 120 g. Sugar
    • 100 g. Condensed milk
    • 75 g. Sour cream
    • 130 g. Flour
    • 2 tbsp. Cocoa
    • 1 tsp. Baking powder
    Cream
    • 200 g. Butter
    • 100 g. Condensed milk
    • 1 tbsp. Cocoa
    Пропитка:
    • 100 ml. Water
    • 50 g. Sugar
    Icing
    • 50 g. Butter
    • 2 tbsp. Sugar
    • 3 tbsp. Sour cream
    • 2 tbsp. Cocoa

    Пропитка:
    • 100 ml. Water
    • 50 g. Sugar
    Icing
    • 50 g. Butter
    • 2 tbsp. Sugar
    • 3 tbsp. Sour cream
    • 2 tbsp. Cocoa
    Instructions
    For the dough
    1. Mix the flour with cocoa and baking powder.
    2. Whisk 2 eggs with sugar until the mass is smooth and airy.
    3. Add sour cream and condensed milk. Mix.
    4. Sift dry ingredients into the bowl. Whisk all the ingredients one more time.
    5. Pour the dough into your cake tin. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
    6. Take sponge cake out of the oven and leave it to cool down. Cut sponge cake in 3 layers.
    For the syrup and cream
    1. Mix sugar with water until it dissolves.
    2. Whisk butter in the deep bowl. Add condensed milk and cocoa powder. Mix all the ingredients, using electric whisk.
    3. Transfer the first layer of the cake to the plate. Sprinkle the cake with syrup and cover it with cream. Add another layer and do the same thing with it.
    4. Top it with the last layer of the cake and cover its sides with the leftovers of the cream.
    For the icing
    1. Mix butter with sugar, sour cream and cocoa powder. Cook this mixture over low heat. Mix it constantly until the icing is smooth enough.
    2. Cover your cake with this chocolate icing.
    3. Enjoy your meal!
