Ingredients
Dough:
- 2 pcs. egg
- 120 gr sugar
- 40 ml. milk
- 80 gr Greek yoghurt sour cream
- 80 gr vegetable oil
- 220 gr wheat flour
- 8 gr vanillin
- 0,5 gr baking powder (1.5 tsp)
Custard:
- 1 pcs. egg
- 50 gr sugar
- 0,5 gr vanillin
- 1/2 tbsp. wheat flour
- 125 ml. milk
- 25 gr butter

Instructions
For the custard
- Whisk eggs with sugar, vanillin and flour in the small saucepan. This mass should be smooth and well-combined.
- Pour in cold milk. Mix everything with a hand whisk and transfer the saucepan to the oven.
- Heat the custard, stirring constantly.
- Once it`s thickened, add butter. Mix everything until butter melts.
- Transfer the custard to the pastry bag. Leave it to cool down.
For the dough
- Mix eggs with sugar, milk, Greek yoghurt and vegetable oil with a hand whisk.
- Sift the flour, vanillin and baking powder through the sieve.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Grease cake tin with butter.
- Dust it with the flour.
- Pour the dough into cake tin.
- Cover it with the custard, using pastry bag.
- Bake your cake for 30 minutes at 356 F.
- When your dish is ready, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool down.
- Dust your pie with powdered sugar.
- Enjoy your meal!
