Easy Pie with Custard in 30 Minutes #43

    Dough:
    • 2 pcs. egg
    • 120 gr sugar
    • 40 ml. milk
    • 80 gr Greek yoghurt sour cream
    • 80 gr vegetable oil
    • 220 gr wheat flour
    • 8 gr vanillin
    • 0,5 gr baking powder (1.5 tsp)
    Custard:
    • 1 pcs. egg
    • 50 gr sugar
    • 0,5 gr vanillin
    • 1/2 tbsp. wheat flour
    • 125 ml. milk
    • 25 gr butter

    Dough:

    • 120 gr sugar

    Custard:

    • 50 gr sugar
    • 0,5 gr vanillin
    • 1/2 tbsp. wheat flour
    • 125 ml. milk
    • 25 gr butter
    Instructions
    For the custard
    1. Whisk eggs with sugar, vanillin and flour in the small saucepan. This mass should be smooth and well-combined.
    2. Pour in cold milk. Mix everything with a hand whisk and transfer the saucepan to the oven.
    3. Heat the custard, stirring constantly.
    4. Once it`s thickened, add butter. Mix everything until butter melts.
    5. Transfer the custard to the pastry bag. Leave it to cool down.
    For the dough
    1. Mix eggs with sugar, milk, Greek yoghurt and vegetable oil with a hand whisk.
    2. Sift the flour, vanillin and baking powder through the sieve.
    3. Mix all the ingredients.
    4. Grease cake tin with butter.
    5. Dust it with the flour.
    6. Pour the dough into cake tin.
    7. Cover it with the custard, using pastry bag.
    8. Bake your cake for 30 minutes at 356 F.
    9. When your dish is ready, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool down.
    10. Dust your pie with powdered sugar.
    11. Enjoy your meal!
