Easy Homemade Cake with Walnuts. #55

    Today I want to share with you the recipe for an easy homemade cake. You can cook it even if you are busy or have no special equipment. This dessert will still be very tasty, moist and yummy.

    Dough:
    • 2 pcs. eggs
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup kefir
    • 1 cup flour
    • 3 tbsp. butter melted
    • 1 tsp. baking powder or 1 tsp of baking sosa

    • 2 cup sour cream
    • 3-4 tbsp. powdered sugar
    • 75 gr. walnut

    Instructions
    1. Cook the dough. Mix eggs with sugar with a hand whisk.
    2. Stir in melted butter and kefir.
    3. Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl. Mix everything with a spatula.
    4. Cover the bottom and the edges of your cake tin with the parchment. Pour the dough into baking tin. Cook your cake for 30 minutes at 375 F.
    5. Once it`s cooked through, let it cool down and cut in 2 layers.
    6. Mix sour cream with sugar powder.
    7. Cover the plate with 4 pieces of the parchment to keep it clean. Transfer the 1st layer of the cake to the plate and cover it with tender cream. Top it with another layer of the cake. Cover the top and the edges with remaining cream.

    9. Grind walnuts finely. Use them to decorate your dessert.
