    DOUGH:
    • 2 pcs. Eggs
    • 110 g. Sugar
    • 110 g. Sunflower oil
    • 110 ml. Milk
    • 150 g. Flour
    • 3 g. Baking powder

    • 300 g. Cottage cheese
    • 125 g. Sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
    • 110 g. Sugar
    • 2 pcs. Eggs (or 1 large egg)
    • 30 g. Corn starch

    • 110 g. Sunflower oil
    • 110 ml. Milk

    • 300 g. Cottage cheese
    • 125 g. Sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
    • 110 g. Sugar
    • 2 pcs. Eggs (or 1 large egg)
    • 30 g. Corn starch
    Instructions
    For the dough
    1. Whisk together eggs, sugar, milk and vegetable oil.
    2. Mix the flour with baking powder. Sift dry ingredients. Add them to the pan with egg mass.
    3. Mix with mixer.
    4. Cover baking pan with the parchment. Fill it with the half of the liquid dough. Bake everything for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
    For the filling
    1. In the meantime, mix cottage cheese with 2 eggs and Greek yoghurt.
    2. Stir in sugar and cornstarch. The mass in the bowl should be very smooth.
    3. Take baking pan out of the oven. Cover the layer of pastry with creamy mass.
    4. Pour the leftovers of the dough on the top of the pie.
    5. Bake this dessert for 30 more minutes.
    6. When the pie is ready, take baking pan out of the oven and leave it to cool down. Use sugar icing for decoration of your cottage cheese pie. Serve fresh dessert immediately.
