Today we`re going to cook delicious Chocolate Cake with Icing. This dessert comes out soft, tasty and moist.

Ingredients

- 4 gr. eggs
- 160 gr. sugar
- 80 gr. milk (горячее молоко)
- 40 gr. butter
- 120 gr. wheat flour
- 40 gr. cocoa
- 1,5 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 0,5 gr. vanillin
Крем:
- 300 gr. milk
- 90 gr. sugar
- 35 gr. cornstarch
- 1 pcs. eggs
- 120 gr. butter
- 10 gr. powdered sugar
- 0,5 gr. vanillin
Для пропитки:
- 100 ml. milk
- 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
Глазурь:
- 50 gr. butter
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tbsp. sugar

Instructions
For the Sponge Cake
- Mix flour with cocoa and baking powder.
- Combine 4 eggs with sugar, vanillin and a pinch of salt.
- Mix everything with electric whisk.
- Whisk butter with milk. Boil this mixture.
- Add the flour, cocoa and baking powder to the pan with whisked eggs. Mix everything carefully.
- Add milk and butter.
- Cover cake tin with the parchment. Pour in the dough.
- Mix it with bamboo skewer to remove air from dough. Shake the tin and bake your sponge cake for 40 minutes at 170 С°.
- Take baking tin out of the oven and leave your cake to cool down. Remove it from cake tin.
For the cream
- Mix an egg with sugar, cornstarch and milk.
- Heat this mixture, stirring constantly.
- Once it`s thick enough, remove the pan from oven and leave it to cool down.
- Mix butter with powdered sugar and vanillin.
- Combine it with the custard.
- Fill pastry bag with this cream.
Assemble the cake
- Divide the sponge cake in 2 layers.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk.
- Sprinkle both layers with this mixture.
- Cover one of them with the thick layer of the cream.
- Mix butter with sugar, cocoa and sour cream. Cook the icing, stirring constantly.
- Pour it over your cake.
- Enjoy your meal.
